KEII headed a Pathfinder Tours train that had started from Crewe
at 04:30! KEII suffered problems and was helped along by a Class 33 diesel at the rear of the train.

Ex BR Standard Class 5 headed the Dorset Flyer through Sway (New Forest) on Saturday 15th May 1999. |
Running 10 minutes late, the locomotive was working hard as it passed through Sway on its way to Weymouth.
